Each center may recruit/register and teach unlimited local/global participants to qualify and contribute to their total team score. Unless the team achieves this overall target, no individual awards will be made, and no connectivity funds will be provided by LiA that month. If the team activity is 200% that of LiA staff, then shs400,000 is awarded to the connectivity budget.
